Insight & Myung LLC (“we” or “the developer”) respects the privacy of Pinch Orbit(“the app”) users. This policy explains what information the app handles and the choices available to you.
The app has no accounts, analytics, or developer-operated server. Stage progress, language and vibration settings, whether you own a purchased item, and the values used to limit how often ads appear (launch count, time of the last ad, total play time) are stored only on your device for app functionality and are not sent to the developer. Depending on your device backup settings (such as Android backup or iCloud), app data may be backed up or restored; those backups are managed by your operating system and device account.
Choosing “Contact the developer” in Settings opens your device’s email app. The draft is pre-filled with the app version and build number, operating system version, device model, system and app languages. The app does not send the email automatically. The developer receives this information only if you review the draft and choose to send it. No device identifier is included.
The sender address, message, and any diagnostic details you choose to send are used to respond to your inquiry and maintain related records. Your email app and email provider may process the message under their own privacy policies. The developer keeps support messages for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and related records, or as required by law, and deletes them when they are no longer needed. You can request deletion by contacting us below.
From version 1.1.0 the app shows Google AdMob ads: an interstitial at launch, an interstitial when moving to the next stage, and banners on the home and stage select screens. No ads appear while you are playing a stage. To serve ads, Google may collect and use your device’s advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID, iOS IDFA), IP address, device and operating system information, and ad impression and click information. This information is processed by Google, not the developer, under Google’s Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
Where consent is required (such as the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), the app asks for your choice through Google’s consent tool (UMP) before requesting ads, and you can change it at any time under “Privacy choices” in Settings. On iOS the app asks for permission through App Tracking Transparency and does not use the IDFA if you decline. You can reset your advertising ID or turn off personalized ads in your device settings. The developer does not sell user information.
“Remove ads” and “Unlock all stages” are bought through Google Play or the Apple App Store billing system. Payment information is processed by Google or Apple; the developer never receives your card or other payment details. The app stores only the fact that a purchase is complete on your device to turn the feature on, and “Restore purchases” in Settings brings back purchases made with the same store account. After you buy “Remove ads”, the app no longer requests ads.
You can remove locally stored progress, settings and purchase status by clearing the app’s data in your device settings or uninstalling the app. If device backup is enabled, data may be restored according to your backup settings, and purchases can be brought back with “Restore purchases”. Support emails are handled and deleted as described above; send deletion requests to our contact email.
The app is not directed at children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We will update this page if the app’s data practices change. For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact jinhom6225@insightmyung.com.
